222 SOUTH MAIN The Salt Lake City office was recently awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for 222 South Main Street, a new skyscraper under construction in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Owner Hamilton Partners Real Estate Investment chose CBRE to market the property based on the company’s ability to leverage local market knowledge with national resources. The CBRE team handling the assignment will be led by Scott Wilmarth and Eric Smith. Designed by world-renowned architect Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, 222 South Main Street will feature more than 425,000 sq. ft. of office space across 22 stories. The building will also offer more than 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space on the main level. The tower's double-height entry lobby and adjoining retail space will add to the historic and revitalized Main Street corridor. Construction is scheduled to be completed by fall 2009.

BOSTON BUILDING Two office teams in the Salt Lake City office were awarded the leasing responsibilities for the prestigeous Boston Building. The team of Scott Wilmarth, Aaron Jones and Dan Herzog, along with the team of Eric Smith, Kreg Peterson and James Mecham represent this 11-story, 90,000 sqare foot building. Located in the professional center of downtown Main Street, this historic building is currently undergoing a major renovation. From brilliant views to state-of-the-art electrical, HVAC, common area, elevator and technological upfrades. The building is owned and managed by Hamilton Partners.

136 E. SOUTH TEMPLE A 24-story downtown high-rise office tower, 136 E. South Temple was built in 1966 and was one of the first downtown high-rise office buildings in Salt Lake City. Remodeled in 1998, the building remains a prominent downtown fixture. The building boasts stunning panoramic views of the entire Salt Lake valley. Gary Coker is the Property Manager for 257 136 E. South Temple. Leasing arrangements are handled by Eric Smith and Kreg Peterson.

257 TOWER CB Richard Ellis Salt Lake City is responsible for the property management of 257 Tower. Standing at 13-stories, 257 Tower is an office building which includes a four-level subterranean garage. The property benefits from an efficient 20,040 rsf floor plate design and a parking ratio of 3:1000 square feet. The property houses a fitness center on the main level with both men and women’s shower/locker rooms. Pam Mahoney is the Property Manager for 257 Tower. IDI V The team of Rad Dye, Tom Dischmann, and Jeff Richards have been awarded the listing of IDI’s Building V in Landmark at Salt Lake City, Utah. The listing is a newly constructed 190,000 square foot building in one of Salt Lake City’s most prestigious industrial real estate parks. IDI, a full service national industrial real estate developer, looked to CB Richard Ellis to lease all four of their buildings in Salt Lake City over the past ten years.

LANDMARK COMMERCE CENTER The team of Rad Dye, Tom Dischmann, and Jeff Richards has been awarded the listing of EJM Development’s Landmark Commerce Center. The park’s Phase I, which comprises 139,792 SF of Class A, office/warehouse distribution space, was completed in Summer 2007 and Phase II is expected to break ground in second or third quarter 2008. EJM Development is one of the leading commercial/industrial developers in the western states of California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Utah.
