Mark Bouchard is the Senior Managing Director of the Salt Lake City office of CBRE. Prior to his arrival in Salt Lake City, Mr. Bouchard was the Managing Director of the Las Vegas office of CBRE where he oversaw the Brokerage, Investment and Asset Services divisions of the company.
Mr. Bouchard has over 35 years of banking and real estate experience in both Utah and Nevada. Prior to joining CBRE Las Vegas, he worked as Senior Vice President and Development Partner for Thomas & Mack Development Group, a Las Vegas development company specializing in Office and Business Park development. In addition, Mr. Bouchard served in a Executive Management position with Valley Bank of Nevada where he was responsible for areas of Trust and Investments totaling $13 billion. In 2007, he took over the Salt Lake Office of CBRE and has become a champion of both business and community development in Utah. Achievements
