Mark Bouchard is the Managing Director of the Salt Lake City office of CB Richard Ellis. Prior to his arrival in Salt Lake City, Mr. Bouchard was the Managing Director of the Las Vegas office of CB Richard Ellis where he oversaw the Brokerage, Investment and Asset Services divisions of the company.
Mr. Bouchard brings over 30 years of banking and real estate experience to CB Richard Ellis, including 8+ years as Senior Vice President and Development Partner for Thomas & Mack Development Group, a Las Vegas development company specializing in Office and Business Park development. In addition, Mr. Bouchard served in a Senior Management position with Valley Bank of Nevada where he was responsible for areas of Trust and Investments totaling $13 billion. Achievements
