As a Vice President in the CBRE Charlottesville office, Cass Kawecki represents developers and private clients in the sale, purchase, and leasing of office, multi-family, land and mixed-use property. In addition Cass specializes in medical office sales and leasing.

With over 10 years of leadership experience in commercial real estate, Cass has closed over $200 million in property transactions.  By utilizing the breadth and depth of his education and professional experience, Cass is able to provide superior service and maximize value for his clients.

Cass’s former experience includes overseeing operations for the CB Richard Ellis Pittsburgh Private Client Group and directing the marketing and commercial sales efforts for a leading mixed-use developer in Central Virginia.  

Cass has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon, and currently serves as an adjunct faculty for the University of Virginia teaching real estate development and finance courses.   Cass is also a member of the CBRE Sustainability Practice Group and provides consultation on feasibility and pre-development services.
