Professional Experience Mr. Hughes is a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia, who embarked on a career in real estate upon his return to Charlottesville in 2004. In October 2005, he joined Rivanna Realty, owned by Andrew Boninti, current Senior Vice President and Principal Broker of CBRE Charlottesville, LLC. Mr. Hughes worked as an agent and property manager for Rivanna Realty, until its merger with CB Richard Ellis in January 2007.
Continuing to serve as both agent and property manager with CB Richard Ellis, he looks forward to expanding his client base, while further enhancing his knowledge of the commercial real estate world.
