Professional Experience

Mr. Hughes specializes in the leasing of retail property as reprensentation for both landlord and tenant.  Additionally, he works in retail land sales and office leasing.  In October, 2004, he joined Rivanna Realty, owned by Andrew Boninti, current Senior Vice President of CBRE-Charlottesville.  Mr. Hughes worked as a leasing agent and property manager for Rivanna Realty until its merger with CB Richard Ellis in January 2007 where he currently serves as the primary retail specialist.

Mr. Hughes is a 1999 graduate of the University of Virginia with B.A. in History.  An avid fan of sports, he continues to play basketball, golf and softball on a regular basis.
