Rob Stockhausen's career began in 1991 at Bullock, Terrell and Manelley (BTM) in Atlanta, Georgia; he has worked in commercial brokerage and/or private investments ever since. While at BTM, Mr. Stockhausen's responsibilities included commercial leasing from both a tenant and landlord perspective.
Prior to becoming Managing Director and Principal Broker of the Charlottesville office in July 2006, Mr. Stockhausen was employed by Real Estate III Commercial Properties, Inc. in Charlottesville. While at Real Estate III Commercial Properties, Inc., he was active in all forms of commercial brokerage and development. He was a partner in the development of Zion Crossroads Industrial Park and is currently a partner in the development of Waterhouse LLC, a 100,000 square foot condo development in downtown Charlottesville. In addition, during this period, he was the principal and lead developer for a Wonder Bread distribution facility in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Mr. Stockhausen, as of late, has focused on large commercial land listings in and around the Charlottesville area. Aside from Charlottesville and Albemarle County, Mr. Stockhausen is also active in Fluvanna, Louisa, Orange, Nelson, Madison, Greene and Augusta counties. In 2009, he has over 100 million dollars in land listings.
