The Former 421,000 square foot Gateway Facility, located in Hampton, Virginia, was purchased by First Potomac Realty Trust.  Scott Adams and Patrick Gill sold the building, and CBRE has been retained to continue leasing and management of the fully air conditioned facility. 

CBRE represented Sterling American in the sale of Patrick Henry Corporate Center, a 98,883-square-foot, Class A office building in Newport News, Virginia. Scott Adams represented Sterling in the transaction. "The Patrick Henry sale offering generated tremendous investor attention, which makes a strong statement about the Peninsula market and the Jefferson Avenue Corridor," said Adams.
