The Former 421,000 square foot Gateway Facility, located in Hampton, Virginia, was purchased by First Potomac Realty Trust.  Scott Adams and Patrick Gill sold the building, and CBRE has been retained to continue leasing and management of the fully air conditioned facility. 

CBRE recently sold 150 W. Main, a 225,237-square-foot, Class A office tower located in the heart of downtown Norfolk, to The St. Joe Company for  $224 per square foot, which is a record price for office spaced in the Hampton Roads market. J. Scott Adams, Tony Smith and Perry Frazer represented the Owners in this transaction. "The sale of 150 W. Main is an incredible endorsement of the comprehensive revitalization of downtown Norfolk," said Adams. "We are very pleased to have helped advise our client on the sale, and to remain an integral part of the building as a tenant and service provider."
