Doug Henkel has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, focusing on providing hospitality, timeshare, golf course and mixed-use development real estate advisory services to owners, developers, lenders, hotel chains operators, golf course operators and government agencies.
Mr. Henkel is a Principal in the Norfolk, Newport News, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg and Richmond, Virginia and Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina offices of CB Richard Ellis. He is also a member of the CBRE Hotels practice. In the last 2 years Mr. Henkel has closed over $1 billion in transactions.
