A true local, Hank joined CB Richard Ellis in April 2006 to assist in the opening of our newest location in Newport News, VA. Prior to joining CBRE, Hank served as an outside salesman for Ferguson Enterprises in Los Angeles, CA. He returned to Newport News in early 2003 to open the first Tropical Smoothie Café on the Peninsula. He has since bought and sold several additional shops.
