Hank Hankins joined CB Richard Ellis in April 2006 and began specializing in multi-housing property sales in March of 2007.  Since joining the Norfolk Multi-Housing Group, Hank has been involved in the completion of over $230 million in apartment sales.  He is intimately involved in the sales process from the underwriting to assisting in the due diligence process.

In 2008 and 2009, the Norfolk Group was honored for 4 of the top 5 multi-family transactions in Hampton Roads, and Hank personally earned a silver award for his production from the Commercial Real Estate Council of Hampton Roads.
