Entitlements for the development of a premiere hotel, an adjoining 3,500 seat Convention Center with structured parking and a second mid-range 300 room full service hotel have been approved by the City of Westerville, Ohio.  Both hotels will be conveniently located within easy walking distance of the 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and banking facilities in the mixed use development known as Altair.
