ALTAIR zoning, land use and entitlements are in place:

  • Office buildings with 1.65 million square feet of Class A space.
  • The entitlements for two hotels of up to 300 rooms each have been approved:
    • Up to 300 rooms for a hotel which would be connected to the adjoining Convention Center with structured parking
    • Up to  300 rooms for a  hotel with conference and dining facilities.
  • A 40,000 square foot Convention Center that would accommodate 2,500-3,000 people for conferences, conventions, banquets and other events.
  • Full-service restaurants on a lake at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Polaris Parkway.
  • Retail along the northern loop road that will complement and be integrated with the restaurants, luxury hotel and the convention center.
  • 7.4 acres of man-made lakes and water-oriented landscape features.
  • 200,000 square foot promenade, lifestyle and convenience retail.
  • $12,550,000 in public funds committed for infrastructure.
