CB Richard Ellis Hotels is pleased to present for sale the Historic Cable Building in Denver, Colorado. Located at the corners of Lawrence and 18th Streets in the heart of downtown Denver, the building presents an attractive adaptive-reuse project to bring the site to its current highest and best use as either a full service or select service hotel opportunity.

The Cable Building was built in 1889 by the Denver City Cable Railway Company as the anchor to the largest cable railway ever run from one powerhouse. Due to its historical significance and rich architectural details, the façade of the existing brick masonry two-story building (with full below-grade basement) is protected by the Denver Landmark Preservation Committee.
