With over 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Senior Vice President John Sheridan has amassed significant experience in the development, acquisition, financing and valuation of residential land and multi-family assets.  As a member of CB Richard Ellis' Investment Properties Group, he offers clients comprehensive expertise in the analytical and strategic aspects of real estate transactions.  Mr. Sheridan focuses on the coordination of the acquisition/disposition process, valuation of assets, development of strategic and timing recommendations and the negotiation of transactions.  His particular specialty is in arranging transactions for both land sales and multifamily assets.

During his career, he has worked on several portfolio transactions as well as the sale of individual assets.  He has extensive experience in selling both affordable and market rate properties across the country. 

Mr. Sheridan joined CB Richard Ellis as a result of the July 2003 merger with Insignia/ESG.  Earlier in his career, he worked with Cushman & Wakefield of Virginia in project management and development, and Turner Construction Company for 10 years.
