Andy Boyer joined CB Richard Ellis in 1993 specializing in the sale of apartments as part of the Washington-Baltimore Multi-Housing Properties Group.  Mr. Boyer focuses his twenty-one years of commercial real estate expertise on the listing of institutional quality assets.  Mr. Boyer and the Washington/Baltimore Multi-Housing Team have averaged over $1 billion in sales per year for the last three years. Mr. Boyer has been involved in the sale of the largest high rise and the largest garden apartment community in the Washington/Baltimore region.

Mr. Boyer is a member of the company’s elite Colbert Coldwell Circle and was recognized in 2005 and 2006 as one of the company’s top “100” producers. He was also a member of Colbert Coldwell Circle in 2001.  Mr. Boyer was a member of the Firm’s Top Producers from 1999 to 2005 and was the “Top Producer” of Tysons Corner Office in 2002 and 2005.  He is a member of the CBRE National Major Accounts Group.  In addition, Mr. Boyer was co-team leader for the 2002 “Top Producing Team Award” in the company.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Boyer was a Vice President with Shannon & Luchs Commercial Brokerage for nine years. Mr. Boyer was employed in the computer industry marketing financial systems prior to entering the commercial real estate industry.
