A native to Northern Virginia, Bret Kampf joined the Washington-Baltimore Multi-Housing Properties Group in 2006 after obtaining a finance degree with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Utah. Mr. Kampf specializes in the execution and marketing of multi-housing property sales throughout the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area. He has researched the areas of absorption, employment trends, new job creation, and other trends that affect the multi-housing market.
Bret’s previous experience included working in the CB Richard Ellis Salt Lake City office as an information analyst. During college his summers were spent interning for CB Richard Ellis’s Tysons Corner Retail Team for two years in a row and then CB Richard Ellis’s Washington, DC Investment Properties Institutional Group.
