Jonathan Greenberg joined CBRE in November 2000, specializing in multi-housing property sales throughout the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area. Mr. Greenberg focuses on multi-housing dispositions and condominium conversions in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland. Mr. Greenberg concentrates on non-institutional, private capital multi-housing investment sales. Mr. Greenberg has considerable experience in evaluating tenants rights issues and how they apply to the valuation of multi-housing property as a rental or condominium conversion.
Mr. Greenberg and the Washington/Baltimore Multi-Housing Group have completed transactions involving 161 communities with an aggregate value of over $3.8 billion since 2000. In addition, Mr. Greenberg was part of the “Top Producing Team Award” for CBRE, company wide, in 2002.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Greenberg was a paralegal for Grammer Kissel Robbins Skancke & Edwards, a Washington D.C. law firm specializing in energy regulatory law. Clients included Shell Oil, California Department of Water Resources and Kootenai Electric. Achievements
