Jonathan Greenberg joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in November 2000, specializing in multi-housing property sales throughout the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area. Mr. Greenberg focuses on multi-housing dispositions and condominium conversions in the District of Columbia, Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland. Mr. Greenberg concentrates on non-institutional, private capital multi-housing investment sales. Mr. Greenberg has considerable experience in evaluating tenants rights issues and how they apply to the valuation of multi-housing property as a rental or condominium conversion.
Mr. Greenberg and the Washington/Baltimore Multi-Housing Group have completed transactions involving 161 communities with an aggregate value of over $3.8 billion since 2000. In addition, Mr. Greenberg was part of the “Top Producing Team Award” for CB Richard Ellis, company wide, in 2002.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Greenberg was a paralegal for Grammer Kissel Robbins Skancke & Edwards, a Washington D.C. law firm specializing in energy regulatory law. Clients included Shell Oil, California Department of Water Resources and Kootenai Electric. Achievements
