Mr. Kamp is a senior vice president and has 28 years' experience in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis in the Northern Virginia market.  His primary area of concentration is with office, industrial and land transactions that include sales, leasing, subleasing and joint-ventures.  He has been responsible for project marketing, site searches and negotiations which involve interaction with all functions of a corporate real estate project such as architecture, civil engineering, legal contracts, financing, space design, sales, and leasing.  During the last 25 years, Mr. Kamp has completed over 800 transactions, totaling approximately 6 million square feet, and sold over 1,000 acres of land.

Achievements

Mr. Kamp has been one of the top five producers for the Northern Virginia office for 25 years.  He has been a member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle for six years, which honors the top 3% producers of CB Richard Ellis nation-wide.  In 1999, Mr. Kamp was awarded the William H. McCarthy Award by CB Richard Ellis, which recognizes a CB Richard Ellis broker annually for the utmost in professionalism.
