Roxanne started her career in commercial real estate in 1998 at CB Richard Ellis as an analyst with the Financial Consulting Group. She was responsible for providing financial and analytical consultation on real estate investment and leasing decisions for clients by using discounted cash flow techniques, sensitivity analyses, and cash flow projections to evaluate all types of properties, and to perform occupancy costs analysis. 

In 2000, Roxanne joined Washington Mutual's Commercial Banking division where she was responsible for financial reporting, producing quantitative and qualitative financial reports that defined, analyzed, and evaluated the performance of the Commercial Bank for the bank's upper management team. She also developed annual and quarterly financial forecasts and budgets as guidelines for the Commercial Bank's operations. While at the bank, she created a unique loan pricing model that was determined to be the best in practice, and distributed throughout the Commercial Bank's business banking centers/branches across the nation. 

Combining her commercial real estate and banking background, she moved into construction and mini-perm loan underwriting at the Commerce Bank of Washington/Zions Bank.  Her responsibilities included credit underwriting to minimize the bank's risk exposure while maximizing overall earning potential by assessing project viability based on income potential and market conditions, debt coverage and principal repayment ability, and examination of guarantor financial statements.

In 2003, Roxanne joined CB Richard Ellis in the HUD/Affordable Housing Group, where she serves as the Senior Financial Analyst and Administrative Manager.  She is responsible for all aspects of evaluating and marketing potential HUD properties for sale, as well as providing transaction and account management oversight by interacting with investors, HUD personnel and clients regarding regulatory issues and analytical matters.
