Nate Fliflet joined CB Richard Ellis in September of 2007. His first 15 months with the company were spent in the Research Department specializing in the Seattle Office Market. While working in the research department in Seattle he was responsible for tracking available properties, calculating vacancy rates, analyzing lease and sale transactions and creating quarterly market reports. His analytical and statistical background continues to help him identify trends and opportunities within the market.
Nate has teamed up with Dan Stutz, First Vice President, in the Office Properties Group. Their focus is in working with office tenants and landlords in the greater Seattle market place.
Nate is a native of Seattle and a graduate of The University of Washington.
