CB Richard Ellis is located in the Central Business District in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Located immediately off of Interstate-794, the office occupies the 32^nd floor of the US Bank Center, with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the beautiful Milwaukee lake front area.

CB Richard Ellis office is home to 50 employees, including 35 licensed real estate brokers covering Retail, Office, Industrial, Corporate Services, Investment and Consultation.  In addition, we have support staff members, a Valuation and Advisory department, and an Research department. With satellite offices in Madison and Appleton, we are able to fully service our Wisconsin clients.

CB Richard Ellis Asset Services is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and is the headquarters to 41 employees. Client-based services include (but not limited to) sale, lease, sub-lease, consultation, and management.
