Steve is a Senior Vice President and has over 20 years of experience.
He has won the prestigious Commercial Association of Realtors Deal Of The Year Award on a number of occasions. He recently completed a high profile transaction representing GE Healthcare in the lease of over 500,000 square feet in a build to suit at the Milwaukee County Research Park. The transaction involved a highly competitive process encompassing both real estate and municipal incentive programs.
He also represented Manpower in their search for a 280,000 square foot global headquarters facility. This transaction involved an extensive search, municipal involvement and a very positive impact to the renaissance of Downtown Milwaukee.
Steve has literally represented hundreds of banks, law firms, advertising agencies, as well as other diverse organizations, including the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball; in almost every state and a number of foreign countries.
As a building representative, Steve has built a reputation for bringing an unparalleled high level of marketing and creative skills to the positioning of many of Milwaukee’s highest profile properties.
