Steve is a Senior Vice President and has over 20 years of experience.

Over the past few years he has been involved in some of the highest profile office transactions in Southeastern Wisconsin. He completed a lease of over 500,000 square feet in a build to suit transactions representing GE Healthcare in the Milwaukee County Research Park.  The transaction involved a highly competitive process encompassing both real estate and municipal incentive programs. In addition, Steve later represented the owner of the same property in a sale valued at over $96 million dollars.

Steve has also represented Manpower in their search for a 280,000 square foot global headquarters facility.  This transaction involved an extensive search, municipal involvement and a very positive impact to the renaissance of Downtown Milwaukee.

Steve is currently representing Astronautics Corporation of America in their search for a new headquarters facility.

Steve has literally represented hundreds of banks, law firms, advertising agencies, as well as other diverse organizations, including the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, in almost every state and a number of foreign countries.

As a building representative, Steve has built a reputation for bringing an unparalleled high level of marketing and creative skills to the positioning of many of Milwaukee's landmark properties.

Steve is also a member of a team including Bill Bonifas and Kevin Armstrong, which has been recognized with the prestigious Commercial Association of Realtors Deal of The Year Award in 6 of the last 8 years.

In his spare time, Steve hosts one of the highest rated and longest running radio programs in the Milwaukee market.
