Bill Bonifas is an Executive Vice President with CB Richard Ellis.  As a former Principle of the Polacheck Company and Polacheck Property Management Corp., (prior to being acquired by CB Richard Ellis) Bill founded Polacheck’s highly successful Office Properties Group. He is a past President of the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin and a former board member of the Wisconsin Association of Realtors.
                                                           

Kevin Armstrong is a Senior Vice President and has over 20 years commercial real estate experience. Kevin has multi-faceted experience representing a diverse group of clients in both Landlord and Tenant Representation lease assignments.  In addition, Kevin has experience as an Owner and Buyer representative in both commercial acquisition and disposition transactions.

Steve Palec is a Senior Vice President and has over 20 years of experience.  Steve has represented hundreds of banks, law firms, advertising agencies in virtually every state as well as in a number of foreign countries.  Steve has built a reputation for bringing an unparalleled high level of marketing and creative skills to the positioning of many of Milwaukee’s highest profile properties.

Steve Raysich joined CB Richard Ellis in 2008.  Steve specializes in leasing office space throughout Metro Milwaukee, as well as representing tenants in site selection and negotiations.  Steve thoroughly commits himself to his clients, and aspires to always create a positive experience for small and large assignments alike.
