CB Richard Ellis is located in the Central Business District in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Located immediately off of Interstate-794, the office occupies the 32nd floor of the U.S. Bank Building, with breathtaking views of Lake Michigan and the beautiful Milwaukee lake front area. 

The CB Richard Ellis office is home to 66 employees, including 50 licensed real estate brokers in all three Wisconsin offices covering Retail, Office, Industrial, Corporate Services, Investment and Consultation.  In addition, we have support staff members, numerous interns and an Information Technology/GIS department. With satellite offices in Madison and Appleton, we are able to fully service our Wisconsin clients.

CBRE Property Management is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin and is the headquarters to 41 employees. Client-based services include (but not limited to) sale, lease, sub-lease, consultation, and management.
