Mr. Rasmussen has been instrumental in developing a team of eight industrial professionals which specialize in industrial real estate throughout North America. The team’s success in-part is due to an extensive Tenant Advisory component which offers a host of services including Strategic Planning, Leasing, Site Selection and Build-to-Suit endeavors. This effort has lead to multiple assignments throughout the United States totaling more than 25 million square feet and One Billion dollars in Consideration.
Mr. Rasmussen has also been instrumental over the past nineteen years in Industrial Development, Sales and Leasing throughout California’s San Joaquin Valley representing Developer’s in the development of multiple Business Parks totaling more than 27 Million square feet of building square footage and 2,300 acres of land.
