My experience for the past 25 years is real estate development. My focus is to research and identify unique opportunities for real estate development, for land acquisition, building construction, and redevelopment. Some projects include residential land sub divisions, office development, multi family housing projects, and shopping centers. As owner developer on these I was involved in all aspects of the process, from purchase thru development, including financing, marketing and sales.
I moved to Naples in 2001 at which time I purchased properties in Naples and Punta Gorda. My Naples properties include residential home construction and sales, shopping center purchase, and re development. My Punta Gorda project consists of 200,000 sq. ft. of office warehouse condominiums, for a total of 90 individual units. It has taken 1 year from purchase to site development, and will start construction this May. This project will take apox. 3 years to complete and projected sales will exceed $35,000,000. I presently serve as a Collier County Planning Commissioner, and also on the Team Punta Gorda Resource Committee.
