Bryce Terveen joined the CB Richard Ellis team of Brad Anderson, Luke Walker and Bryan Taute in January 2006 as a Sales Assistant. He recently moved to the Valley with his wife and is excited about building a career in commercial real estate.
A native of northern California, in 1997 Bryce was drafted after high school by the Arizona Diamondbacks in their baseball amateur draft. He chose to instead pursue his college degree on a full athletic scholarship at the University of Pacific, where he made the Dean's List and Honor Roll.
Two years later, he was drafted and signed a contract with the Atlanta Braves, with whom he played most of his six-year career. Bryce advanced as high as the Triple A (AAA) level with both the Braves and Seattle Mariners organizations.
He spends his free time coaching a 12 year-old travel baseball team in Scottsdale.
