Mark Moniz has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1998, where he began his career with Valuation & Advisory Services.  While with Valuation & Advisory Services, Mark appraised a variety of property types throughout Los Angeles County, including apartments, office buildings industrial facilities and retail properties.  He has significant experience appraising properties with potential litigation due to eminent domain and condemntions, including numerous LAUSD school sites and portions of LA Live!

In 2003 Mark joined a team with Mark Tarczynski that focusses on advising owners and buyers of urban in fill development sites within Downtown Los Angeles.  He also provides consulting services to clients throughout the entitlement, planning, development and stabilization process.
