Throughout his 19-year career at CB Richard Ellis, Mark Tarczynski has successfully completed over 300 sale and lease transactions, for a total consideration of over $1 billion. Specializing in land and building sales in the transitioning downtown Los Angeles market, he has continually sold more high profile redevelopment opportunities than any professional in the immediate area in recent history. Mr. Tarczynski provides private capital and institutional property investors with strategic planning, repositioning, and disposition services for their commercial real estate portfolios. He works with investor-developers for Adaptive Reuse Housing Development properties and land primarily in Downtown Los Angeles. A 19-year downtown resident, Mr. Tarczynski was elected to the first Downtown Neighborhood Council and represented the Business Interests for Downtown Los Angeles. His intimate knowledge of, and extensive relationships with City and State Government Officials aid buyers in their decision-making process, assisting them through the often frustrating and time-consuming entitlement process. Mr. Tarczynski is politically astute, understands the impact of entitlements on value – and is one of the most creative, tenacious professionals at CB Richard Ellis.
