Nick Spatafore received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from California State University Long Beach in 2001.
Nick has been working with Chip Wright and Dave Desper whose group was formed in 1994, focusing on assisting owners and occupants of office, R&D and manufacturing/ warehouse facilities with their real estate and facility needs. Achievements Since 1994, the team has completed over 900 transactions, representing over 36 million square feet including 273 sales transactions for more than 18 million square feet and 42 land sales for more than 152 acres.
