Pam Miszkowicz joined CB Richard Ellis as an Associate in July 2005. Ms. Miszkowicz is based in CBRE’s Bannockburn office where her responsibilities include bringing in new business, negotiating lease transactions, and working closely with clients to lease major shopping centers throughout the Midwest region.
Prior to CBRE, Ms. Miszkowicz was a retail professional for Affinity Commercial Real Estate where she represented clients including Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Dinner by Design. This role also included product representation for various local independent developers and property owners. Early in her real estate career she was in the office industry where she spent 15 years representing tenants thruought the office leasing process.
