CB Richard Ellis serves the Greater Seattle area with two downtown offices, one at the US Bank Centre building on Fifth Avenue and Pike Street and at the One Convention Place Building at Seventh Avenue and Pike Street. Both offices provide clients with assistance in all facets of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail leasing and sales, and sales of investment properties. CB Richard Ellis’ project management and property management services are based in downtown Seattle. Additionally, global corporate services, a provider of expertise to plan, execute and manage real estate operations on behalf of several large, Seattle-based companies, is led from the One Convention Place office.
