Case study: NREP
At a glance: CBRE advise private equity real estate company NREP, on the sale of a prime logistics portfolio across the Nordics.
The unprecedented scale of this portfolio allowed us to demonstrate the international reach and expertise of the CBRE network, in a deal representing the largest ever sale of logistics assets in the region.
As a result of this position we were able to implement a dedicated global sales team to ensure we had full access to attract interest from the most qualified buyers from across the world. In doing so, we effectively overcame the challenge of helping the client see the advantage – as well as to understand the logistics – of investing in the Nordics.
CBRE’s leadership in the market meant we were able to draw a significant weight of new capital into the bidding process. It was a deal that highlighted the collaborative nature of CBRE; utilising the insight and knowledge of our local teams, while leveraging the experience of our colleagues in London, Asia Pacific and the Americas.

Physical and environmental factors are increasingly recognised as playing a crucial role in recruitment, retention, health and performance. At CBRE, we are proud to be the first company to achieve WELL certification for a commercial office space, and implement the WELL building standard, at our global headquarters in Los Angeles. Since implementation, 92% of employees in our LA office reported that the new space had a positive effect on their health and wellbeing, 82% noted they felt more productive, and 94% said that the new space has a positive impact on their business performance.
It’s through our insight and experience of wellbeing in the workplace that we can help you see the advantage to your business. We are committed to pursuing WELL certification on at least 100 sites managed by or associated with CBRE, while rolling out our WorkPlace360 model across our network.
