Adrienne Barr is a First Vice President specializing in the sale of multi-family properties in Los Angeles. In the last five years, Ms. Barr has been involved in the sale of over 150 apartment buildings and multi-family development sites with an aggregate value of nearly $1 billion. Ms. Barr is a partner on Team Lustig-Bower, one of the top CB Richard Ellis teams in the country.
In her first year at CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Barr was recognized as “Rookie of the Year.” She went on to earn the title of First Vice President in the shortest number of years possible at CB Richard Ellis. In addition to being recognized as a top producer in Southern California, she was selected for the highly prestigious “Emerging Leaders” program at CB Richard Ellis.
Prior to joining Team Lustig-Bower, Ms. Barr was a transactional attorney at the law firm of Alschuler, Grossman Stein & Kahan, LLP. She graduated with Distinction (with Honors) from UC Berkeley.
