The Akron office of CB Richard Ellis opened in 1999 and is located within the Historical District of downtown Akron. A satellite of our main office located in Downtown Cleveland, the Akron office was created to help better serve the Akron and Canton commercial real estate markets. In March of 2008, CB Richard Ellis acquired Redstone Real Estate Advisors, adding more depth to our retail services platform in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan.
Since the inception of the main Akron office, we have grown from five professionals to nine professionals in the Downtown Office and five retail professionals in the suburban Akron Office. This group is very experienced with Office, Industrial, Retail, Land, Development, and Investment properties, with expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, shopping center development and site selection analysis. Specialty areas include law offices, restaurants, and healthcare.
The professionals of the CB Richard Ellis Akron offices combine for more than 125 years of experience in the business and is currently one of the most active real estate firms in the area.
