Amy DeAngelis is a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services Group and specializes in transaction management services for national and regional accounts. She joined CB Richard Ellis in 1999, and is currently responsible for acquisition and disposition services including financial analyses and modeling, lease auditing and negotiations in addition to strategic planning, coordination and the oversight of lease administration.
With experience in marketing and public relations, investment sales, lease acquisition and disposition, she has established a well-rounded commercial real estate background. Combined, these skills have enabled her to identify each client's specific needs, find office-space solutions that meets those needs, and work with clients throughout the entire transaction process and beyond.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Amy was a Marketing Assistant for the law firm of Downey, Brand, Seymour & Rohwer LLP, and before that, an Event Coordinator for DeBencik & Hensley Public Relations.
