Professional Experience Anita Ghai is responsible for managing Research in the San Francisco Bay Area, directing a staff of thirteen researchers and supporting more than 125 sales professionals throughout the region. Ms. Ghai is responsible for supervising the data collection and reporting process for more than one billion square feet of commercial real estate product. Under her direction, the Research team provides industry leading market intelligence to both internal and external clients.
Ms. Ghai coordinates the recruitment, training and development of the Research staff, as well as the training of management and brokers in the use of Research resources. As an integral member of the Regional Management Team, she is also responsible for the development and implementation of regional and national initiatives.
Anita Ghai began her career at CBRE in 2002 in the Research department. In her various positions at CBRE, including Brokerage and Corporate Services, she has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence that makes her a valuable member of the Regional Management team.
