As Senior Project Manager for CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Hotels, Arpit Shah assists clients in growing their businesses. In addition to providing core brokerage services, he consults with buyers and sellers in all aspects of the industry from financing, development, franchising and management.
Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Mr. Shah was an Asset Manager and Financial/Development Analyst for Winston Hotels Inc., where he played an integral role in the execution of a $100 million acquisition fund joint-ventured with a private equity firm. He also led in the disposition of numerous assets and coordinated the financial and operational review of hotel properties throughout the United States and Canada. Before joining Winston Hotels, he was a Senior Consultant for PKF Consulting.
Mr. Shah is a member of the Professional Indian Leaders of Tomorrow (PILOT) and the Indian Professional Network (IPN), as well as the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). He received a BS in Business Management from North Carolina State University, and is active in their Alumni Association.
