A key player within CB Richard Ellis' 40-person Institutional Group, she has facilitated many complex, multi-market dispositions including over 10,000 acres of land sales and major land sales such as the $475 million Silagi Portfolio; $620 million sale of AMB's 5.9 million square foot National Portfolio to RREEF; the 8 million square feet RREEF National and America Portfolios; the 3.9 million square foot Columbia portfolio; the 2.6 square foot Madison Warehouse Portfolio; and the 1.2 million square foot Peery Arrillaga Portfolio.
