Bill Moss is Senior Managing Director of the Florida Region of CB Richard Ellis. In this role, Mr. Moss is responsible for all of the activities and operations in the firm's eight Florida offices. CB Richard Ellis has grown to become Florida's largest full service commercial real estate services firm providing a vast spectrum of value added services to investors, developers and occupiers. Service lines include: brokerage, tenant representation, investment property sales, asset services/property management, mortgage origination, valuation and consultation services.
Mr. Moss has been active in the Florida commercial real estate markets for 28 of his 29 year CB Richard Ellis career. In his management roles, Mr. Moss is a two-time recipient of the company's J. Frank Mahoney Leadership Award and was recently recognized with the Chairman's Excellence Award honoring him as the firm's top manager nationwide.
In his career, Mr. Moss has been a Past President and Board Member of the Central Florida Chapter of NAIOP, Metro Board Member of the Central Florida YMCA, Corporate Council of the Greater Orlando Economic Development Council, University of Central Florida Downtown Advisory Board, Sun Trust Administrative Board and the Greater Orlando Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Moss is a graduate of the University of Virginia and is married with two children.
