Bill Rugg joined CBRE in 2007 as a Senior Financial Analyst working with the Student Housing Team in Dallas. Mr. Rugg is primarily responsible for the investment underwriting and valuation of student housing properties for both institutional and private capital market clients on both a one-off and portfolio basis. He is also involved in transaction due diligence, client coordination, and database management. Mr. Rugg works closely with CBRE’s local market partners as part of the underwriting and transaction due diligence process and the CBRE | Melody Debt and Equity Finance Group to provide a congruent link for clients in search of acquisition financing.
Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Rugg was an analyst with JPMorgan in the Private Banking Division, where he worked on a team structuring investment solutions for high net worth clients, including individuals on the Forbes Billionaire List. Achievements
