Bob Sulentic began his career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Houston, Texas. Throughout the next 23 years he served in various positions within the organization in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas including Project Partner, Divisional Partner, Managing Director and CFO. Bob was elected President and CEO of Trammell Crow Company in October 2000 and he became Chairman of the Board in April 2002. Trammell Crow Company merged with CB Richard Ellis in late 2006 and Bob currently serves as Group President overseeing EMEA and Asia Pacific. He also serves as CEO of Trammell Crow Company, the wholly owned development subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis.
Bob is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Board of Directors and Global Executive Board. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Staples, Inc. located in Framingham, Massachusetts. Bob supports various charitable endeavors, most notably a private foundation he founded and chairs.
