Bob Vigliotti has been in real estate revelopment for the past 25 years. His focus is to research and identify unique opportunities for real estate development, land acquisition, building construction and redevelopment. Some projects include residential land subdivisions, office development, multi-family housing projects and shopping centers. As owner-developer of these projects he was involved in all aspects of the process, from purchase through development, including financing, marketing and sales.
Bob moved to Naples in 2001 at which time he purchased properties in Naples and Punta Gorda. Bob's Naples properties include residential home construction and sales, shopping center purchase and redevelopment. Bob is presently serving as a Collier County Planning Commissioner and on the Team Punta Gorda Resource Committee.
