While attending Colorado State University, Brad Sturges began his real estate career in the CB Richard Ellis Denver office doing market research and developing marketing strategies for the Downtown office team.  In addition to his duties at CBRE, Brad also operated his own residential painting company in the Denver Metro area for over three years.

After obtaining his Bachelors Degree in 2002, Brad returned to his hometown of Fort Wayne to work for CB Richard Ellis/Sturges as a Property Manager of several office, retail and industrial properties.  Brad spend nearly two years in Property Management gaining experience and then moved into Brokerage Services as a sales associate.

Currently, Brad focuses on three areas: sales and leasing of an extensive retail portfolio in Fort Wayne; representing several private clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment property; and the planning, leasing and sales of the current retail projects for Sturges Development Group.
