Brian Barasch came to CBRE Ontario in June 2005 after spending over 12 years in the telecommunications industry.  In New York, Mr. Barasch worked for NYNEX (now Verizon) managing Fortune 50 accounts throughout the northeast region and nationwide such as General Motors and EDS, owner of the world’s largest private data network.  Brian made the move to Los Angeles in 1997 joining MCI as National Account Manager where he won a national RFP from Kaiser Permanente, the largest HMO in the nation.

Seeking international exposure, Brian joined Concert, a joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom. As Global Account Manager he traveled to the Far East, South America and Europe, handling network sales in the manufacturing sector (automotive) and driving Honda into the top five accounts worldwide.  In all, his telecom industry experience was truly local to global.

Brian’s extensive corporate sales background lends itself well to developing new business in the Inland Empire North (IEN), which is poised for explosive growth in 2008 and beyond. In effort to maximize CB Richard Ellis market share, Mr. Barasch has joined Darla Longo’s team to bring institutional developers and buyers to the Inland Empire North. His efforts thus far have paid off as Mr. Barasch has recently received the following recognitions:

  • 2007 Rookie of the Year - Greater Los Angeles
  • 2007 Millennium Club - Inland Empire
