Carole Uhrig joined the Krison/German Industrial Team at CB Richard Ellis after spending 1.5 years in Multi-Housing Properties, also at CB Richard Ellis. She is the contact for marketing the team's available properties, which includes utilizing brochure publication and Internet marketing, as well as providing research and support to the team. Carole's role also includes administrative tasks such as team database management, overseeing all aspects of the listing files, and providing overall client satisfaction. Achievements
- Manage the marketing for 27 listings totaling appoximately 16,000,000 square feet
- Develop property flyers and offering memorandums by researching, writing and editing property and community information in a timely manner
- Coordinate with various support staff members for the production of marketing materials
- Create and maintain property websites and utilize PDF packages in order to reduce marketing expenses
- Track listing expenses and effectively budget the use of allowable marketing expenditure
- Create online property pages using CMS software
- Act as property administrator for all on-line listings
- Oversee all aspects of listing files
- Maintain database of buyers and outside brokers
- Currently hold an Arizona Real Estate License
