Chad Brue was promoted to the Senior Managing Director of the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group (PCG) in August 2007. Previously, he accepted the Managing Director position of PCG in 2006 after his tenure as a Vice President running the local PCG team in Colorado. Mr. Brue began his real estate career in 1997 with Grubb & Ellis specializing in representing owners in the disposition of office, retail and industrial properties moving to CBRE in January 2003. During his career, Mr. Brue has been responsible for the marketing and sale of over $900 million in investment grade commercial properties on behalf of his clients.
His professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), and the University of Colorado Real Estate Council. Additionally, Mr. Brue is a frequent guest lecturer at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder.
