Opened in January 2007, CB Richard Ellis - Charlottesville, LLC is the newest commercial real estate office located in the Mid-South Region. Located in a high growth region of central Virginia, CBRE Charlottesville serves a large area, including Albemarle, Augusta, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Nelson and Orange counties. The office's 19 professionals offer expertise in brokerage, asset services, sales, leasing and marketing of investment properties, retail centers, office buildings and multi-housing. In 2007, the Charlottesville office completed 27 lease transactions encompassing 98,791 square feet totaling $3.22 million, and 21 sales transactions valuing $110 million.
Charlottesville is one of CBRE's offices in the Mid-Atlantic region, which also includes offices in Norfolk, Newport News and Richmond, Virginia, and Raleigh and Greensboro, North Carolina. These offices work together to deliver services that produce the best business results for our clients.
