Chuck Finney joined CB Richard Ellis' Dallas office in 1992. Throughout the majority of his 25 years experience in industrial real estate, he has focused on the industrial arena. He has assisted over 300 major corporations in the acquisition and disposition of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities throughout 21 states.
Chuck is skilled at assembling the appropriate team of community, regional and state officials to assist a corporation in the assessment of key real estate decisions, regardless of where the need might arise. To date, he has been instrumental in completing over 300 transactions with value in excess of $362 million dollars and involving over 29.7 million square feet of industrial space.
Chuck accumulated 6 years of experience in plant management with Proctor & Gamble where he gained an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of an industrial user. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he was a regional manager with Hart Corporation of Philadelphia for 15 years, where he devoted a major part of his time overseeing and concluding transactions throughout several states. He became very familiar with economic development officials in each of these states, while assisting corporate America in the acquisition and disposition of large facilities.
Over the course of Chuck's tenure at CB Richard Ellis, he has been involved in the listing side, as well as tenant representation assignments for numerous industrial properties. He has also spearheaded "build-to-suit" projects, such as the 844,000 SF Blockbuster distribution facility in McKinney, Texas.
Chuck is a licensed broker in Texas, as well as the states of Arkansas and Louisiana. He is also a member of the highly successful Special Properties Group (SPG) within the CB Richard Ellis family. Since 1984, Chuck has been a member of the prestigious organization known as the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
