Cheryl is a Vice President in the Retail Advisory Services Specialty of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., focusing primarily on the exclusive representation of retail shopping centers and retail tenants. As a landlord's representative, she has been responsible for designing and implementing targeted marketing and leasing programs for over 2.5 million square feet of retail space. As a tenant's representative, Cheryl has aided her clients in retail market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiations.
In addition, both prior to and during her current tenure at CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Cheryl has been instrumental in a number of significant real estate consulting assignments and investment transactions.
